# How to Sign Up for Crystal Insights (Marketing Agency)

This step-by-step guide will help you create a new Marketing Agency account, connect your data source, and complete your initial setup on Crystal Insights. Screenshots are provided for each main step.

1. Start the Signup Process

1. Go to the [Crystal Insights sign-in page](https://app.crystalinsights.ai/auth).
2. Click **Don’t have an account? Sign up**.

2. Select Account Type

- Choose **Marketing Agency**.

## 3. Choose Your Plan

- Select the **Trial ($0/mo)** plan to get started for free.

## 4. Enter Agency and User Information

- Fill out the form using your agency’s info:

- Agency Name: (Enter your company)

- First Name: (Your name)

- Last Name: (Your last name)

- Email Address: tony+aisetup@lawnline.marketing (example for demo)

- Password: (Create a secure password)

- **Note:** Blur or omit all entered field values for documentation purposes.

## 5. Verify Your Email

- Enter the verification code sent to your email.

- Click **Verify**.

## 6. Accept Subscription on Stripe

- Click **Start for free** to activate your free trial (no charge).

- Confirm your email address if prompted.

## 7. Complete Initial Platform Setup

- Choose **WhatConverts** as your data provider.

- Enter your API Token and Secret (blur these details in the documentation).

- Leave all other options as default.

- Click **Next**.

## 8. (Optional) Select Accounts, Lead Types, and Status

- Adjust these as needed or click **Next** to accept defaults.

## 9. Invite Your Team

- You may add team members now or skip this step and add them later.

- For documentation, show the invite screen with fields empty or blurred.

## 10. Confirm Setup and Review Completion Page

- Review the **Setup Complete** page.

- Options include:

- **Go To Dashboard**

- **Custom AI Instructions**

- **AI Clustering Settings**

- **Manage Integrations**

# Tips for Documentation

- **Screenshot Naming:** Use the numbered filenames above when saving images.

- **Sensitive Info:** Blur/erase all API tokens, secrets, company/account names, and form values before including screenshots in documents sent to clients/users.

- **Optional Steps:** Indicate which parts users can optionally skip (e.g. team invite).
